Fortress Sedan

The largest medieval fortress in Europe. 

And of course....creepy mannequins. 

The fort commanded the route between France and Germany and was independent until Louis XIV put an end to that because Louis don't play that. 

  

They actually served my children something called a sugar tort. 

Luckily there was a way to burn off some of it.
